Joaquin Pineda

Joaquin is a native Santa Fean with a strong work ethic and a love for New Mexico. Before graduating from Santa Fe High School, he started to find an interest in Real Estate while working for Santa Fe Properties as a member of their office staff. His experience at Santa Fe Properties allowed him to acquire skills, strategy, and knowledge of our ever-changing real estate market. Joaquin was able to learn many aspects of real estate while working in the listing, purchasing, and marketing departments. Working in so many facets of real estate has given Joaquin the necessary tools to assist buyers and sellers in New Mexico. Now, over 10 years later, as an Associate Broker, Joaquin is passionate about helping clients buy and sell real estate in and around Santa Fe.
